Study on Narratives
At the Autonomous Metropolitan University and the Center for Digital Narratives at the University of Bergen, we research how narratives are developed and evaluated. You will now participate in a study on this topic.

Information Provided
This study is anonymous and serves only academic purposes. All information you provide will be confidential and used only for statistical calculations. It will not be shared with other people or institutions. The results of this study will be published in scientific journals and shared in academic forums.

Context of This Work
In this research, a short story “must present a conflict that develops until it reaches a climax and is finally resolved.” This means all events in a short story should contribute to developing the plot's conflict and maintaining its coherence. Events that don't meet these criteria are considered elements that don't help build a good argument. Removing them helps create a clearer and more coherent narrative.

Study Organization
This study has three parts:

  1. Collecting general participant data
  2. Analyzing a narrative to identify events that don't contribute to proper plot development
  3. Your opinion on a second analysis that will be presented to you
